ELIGIBILITY:
Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules. The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search, LLC ("Search") for a Terrible Two’s Toddler to play the lead role in the film entitled “The Terrible Two’s” is open to legal users of the internet’s world wide web (www), who are (a) 18 years of age or older and (b) the parent or legal guardian of a child that is between 12-48 months of age at the time of entering the Search. Employees, officers, and directors of The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to win prizes from participating Sponsors in conjunction with the Search. This Search is offered to a global online market and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. laws in the State of Florida. GENERAL RULES OF SEARCH :
To enter the Search, you must register online at www.theterribletwosmovie.com and submit three (3) photographs of your child along with a video depicting real life Terrible Two’s action (see "How to Enter" above). The Search will last one calendar year in form of a global online casting for the lead role in the film. Each entrant will be entered into the Search for the calendar year in which he or she submits his or her registration, and will also be automatically entered into the following next year’s Search for Part II of the film, unless otherwise notified. The winner of the Search will be the entrant that is selected by the Producers and Director of the film after initial evaluations, along with a personal casting has been made by the Producers of the film in development. The 10 entrants that receives the most confirmed votes from the Producers/Director and the general voting members of the T2 Social Community Portal, during the applicable 1-year Search period will be considered to participate in a personal casting, which will be held on location in Florida with the Producers and Director of the film. Voters must register as members of the T2 Social Community Portal at www.theterribletwosmovie.com and confirm their registration by clicking on the email sent to them at the email address they used to register, and can vote for as many entrants as they like, but may vote no more than once each day for any one entrant. By registering for the Search, entrants agree (i) to accept e-mail marketing messages from The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search and its advertising affiliates and sponsors (ii) that such act constitutes an inquiry and/or application for purposes of applicable federal and state telemarketing laws, and therefore, we have the right to contact you by telephone for marketing purposes. See "Privacy Statement" herein for detailed information concerning The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search’s Privacy Policy.
HOW TO ENTER:
1. Online: Go online to http://www.theterribletwosmovie.com ("The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search Website") and complete the registration form. Provide all requested information in the required fields contained in the entry form, submit the entry form, with (a) your full name, full postal address, phone number, email address (if applicable), age and gender of Toddler, (b) up to 6 valid photographs of your Toddler for submission, and up to one (1) reality video (c) use either paypal account or major credit card payable to The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search , LLC in the amount of $29.95 for participating members’ processing and handling of their submissions Any photographs submitted by postal mail will NOT be returned. In the event that you do not (a) provide full registration information, (b) do not provide valid photographs or video (c) do not pay the $29.95 membership fee for participating entrant with a valid form of payment, then your entry will NOT be submitted and you will not be entered into the Search. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. EST on the last day of the month prior to the year end, in order to be eligible to participate and be eligible for consideration under the Search bylaws. Submitted photographs and video may not be digitally, or otherwise, altered. Any photographs found to be altered will be disqualified from the search. Entrant must be the owner of the photograph and videos, or otherwise have the right to submit the photograph and video for consideration in the Search. Online entries will be accepted on 24/7 during the calendar year. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. EST on the last day of the month, prior to the search deadline at year end from the time of commencement, in order to be eligible for consideration in the Search.
2. Entries by Postal Mail will not be considered valid. This is an online reality search and all entries are to be submitted online at www.theterribletwosmovie.com. Postal entries will be rejected and discarded.
Each entrant will be entered into the Search for the calendar year in which he or she submits his or her registration information, and will also be automatically entered into the following year’s Search, for consideration as the leading role in Part II of the film, whenever available, unless otherwise notified.
SELECTION OF FINALISTS AND WINNER:
Each photograph and/or video submitted must be approved for posting on the The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search Community Portal website by a member of The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search’s photo selection committee. Photos and/or videos may be approved or rejected based on suitability (for example, no pet or adult photos are appropriate) for the Search at the discretion of The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search. Only those photos and/or video approved for posting will be deemed eligible to participate in the Search. All photos approved for posting on the The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search website will be deemed "Participants" for that calendar year’s Search - we do this because we believe all Toddlers are beautiful, and we want the babies and parents to feel good about the Search.
The photographs and videos of the Toddlers that receives the most recognition by Producer/Director, along with the public on line polls in any calendar month will be considered for the finalist selection, where a personal evaluation by Producer/Director will be deemed necessary prior to making a final selection of which Toddler will be chosen to play the lead role in the film. Ten (10) Finalists will be chosen as possible contenders for the role and invited to travel to Florida for an on location casting with Producer and Director to determine the final choice for the Toddler who will be asked to play the lead role in the film. For purposes of the Search, a "vote" means a casting poll on The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search Website, by a "unique voter." A "unique voter" is an individual person (a) who is a Member of The T2 Social Community Portal and has registered for Free to be an interactive viewer and participate in the community of social networkers whom are either friends and family members of participants desiring to support Toddlers in the search process and have visited the website www.theterribletwosmovie.com and/or invited others to do the same and confirmed their free registration as a community member by clicking on the email sent to them at the email address they used to register, and (b) with unique registration information (i.e., email address) that is not duplicative of another member. A unique member may vote in the polls no more than once each day for a unique photograph and/or video, so that in a 30 day calendar month, a unique voter may cast no more than 30 votes in the poll for any single photograph and/or video. In addition to the Disqualification provisions below, if The Producers of The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search determines, in its sole discretion, that an abuse of the "unique voter" rule has occurred, The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search may disqualify votes cast by such voters or Search ants, including if more than 5 of such voters or Search ants registered from the same computer "IP address" in a single calendar month.
If there is an exact tie in the number of votes cast for two Toddlers, then both will be considered equally during the selection process for the official finalists. The final choice for the T2 Toddler that will be asked to play the lead role in the film will be determined within 10 to 14 weeks prior to the start of principal photography shooting of the film; however, The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search reserves the right to take more or less time to determine the final cast selection, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.
The Toddler who is chosen to play the lead role in the film, along with any finalist selections will be notified by phone, email and/or postal notice. The winner will be selected based upon the results of The Producer and Director, with the assistance of online polls, and will be subject to approval only by The Producers of The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search and The Terrible Two’s film Director, and pending confirmation that the final selection be in compliance with these Official Rules. The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search’s decisions are final on all matters relating to this Search.
HOW WE USE DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION & AGGREGATE DATA:
We may use demographic information to tailor the Website to the interests of our users. Demographic information is shared with third-party advertisers and sponsors endorsing The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search, so that they can tailor their advertisements to the appropriate audience and provide participants with incentives and rewards once final selections have been determined by the Producers. Demographic information may also be shared with other third parties in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy.
LIMITED TIME ONLY:
The Search period begins on the first day of the calendar month and ends on the last day of the calendar month prior to the end of the calendar year, with a final Toddler selected at the sole discretion by Producer/Director of the film at the end of the calendar year search and prior to production of the film.
ODDS OF WINNING:
The odds of being selected by Producers/Director of the film during the Search are a function of a number of factors including, but not limited to, the number of entries, number of votes cast during polls, number of votes you cause to be cast for your toddler, the date of entry and quality of the photographs and video that is submitted for consideration by both The Producer/Director of the film as well as the T2 Social Community that will be viewing and interacting with the Producers/Director during the reality search online.
The chosen Toddler to play the lead role in the film will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release within 30 days of attempted notification. Failure to return these documents in the time specified or the return of the notification marked undeliverable will result in disqualification of the entry and an alternate Toddler will be selected from among the finalists, until a Toddler is designated to play the lead role in the film.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION:
The ten (10) finalists chosen to travel to Florida for an on location personal casting with the Producers/Director must be ready, willing and able to travel and do so at their sole expense. An incentive package with gifts and prizes will be announced and provided by participating sponsors of The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search. Said incentives will only be provided to those selected and agree to travel to meet with the Producers/Director of the film for a live casting evaluation. The finalist photos may appear on the home page of The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search Website, where potentially thousands if not millions of viewers may see the selected finalists’ photographs for a final opportunity to cast their votes in a finalist poll. Entrants waive any and all rights to photographs and video submissions and give The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search the right to publish same in any medium without compensating entrants.
TAX CONSEQUENCES:
Federal, state and/or local taxes for workers compensation under the SAG rules are the sole responsibility of the Toddler’s parents or legal guardian entering them into the search. The determination of liability for any federal, state and/or local taxes that may arise out of the entrant's chosen to play the lead role in the film (including the entrant's receipt of any prizes), and the payment of any such tax liability, shall be the sole responsibility of the entrant in accordance with child labor laws in the State of Florida, United States. However, should federal, state and/or local law impose any tax reporting or filing obligations on The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search arising out of the entrant's participation in the Search (including the entrant's receipt of any prizes), the entrant agrees to timely provide The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search with any information that is reasonably necessary for The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search to comply with any such reporting or filing obligations. In addition, should federal, state or local law impose any tax withholding obligation on The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search with respect to entrant's receipt of any prizes, the entrant agrees to such withholding and shall timely provide any information to The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search as may be required for The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search to accomplish such withholding.
SPECIAL TERMS:
The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any entrants. No inappropriate, indecent or obscene photographs and/or video may be submitted to The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search for entry into the Search or submitted for display on the The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search Social Community Website. Visitors to the The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search Community Website may notify The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search through the "Contact Us" button of any photographs or captions that appear to violate these Official Rules. The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search Social Community Portal will use its best efforts to exclude any such photographs or captions; however, The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search is not a publisher of the photographs, video or any content submissions; it is merely providing a forum for the display of these contents for the global search purposes online to seek and find a T2 Toddler to play the lead role in the film, “The Terrible Two’s” and, therefore, The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search expressly disclaims any and all liability associated with the display of any of the photographs on the The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search Website.
There must be at least 12,500 entries for a Search to be effective; if less than 12,500 entries are received during the Search period, those entries will be taken under consideration by The Producers in an effort to find the Toddler that will be chosen to play the lead role in the film.

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ENTRANT:
Entrant represents and warrants to The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search Producers, its affiliates and its advertising sponsors that: (a) he/she is over 18 years of age and a legal user of the www. (c) he/she is the parent or legal guardian of the child in the photographs and/or video submitted; (d) he/she has all of the rights and authority necessary to submit the photographs and/or video for entry in the Search in compliance with these Official Rules, including the right to publish the photographs and video, and the right to grant the Promotion Release set forth herein below; (e) the publication of the photographs and/or video will not infringe on the rights of any third party; (f) he/she knows the birth date of the child in the photographs and/or video and that said child was no more than 48 months old when the photographs were submitted to The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search ; (g) the photograph submitted has not been digitally, or otherwise, altered; and (h) he/she has read the The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search Privacy Policy and agrees to its terms.

PROMOTION RELEASE:
By submitting an entry and participating in the Search, entrant, for him/herself and on behalf of the Child, irrevocably transfers, grants and assigns to The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search , its affiliates and its respective successors, assigns, and licensees, the right worldwide and in perpetuity, to use the name, likeness, image and photographs, including any reproductions of same, in any and all media including, without limitation, use on the The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search Website in connection with the Search or other promotions and for any advertising or promotional purposes, without additional compensation, and releases The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search and any entity acting on behalf of The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search from any liability with respect thereto.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
Entrant, for him/herself, and on behalf of the Child agrees that The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search , its affiliates and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, its respective successors, assigns, agencies and licensees shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss or damage of any kind or any other causes of action or claims related to entrant's participation in this Search or acceptance or use of the Prizes awarded including, without limitation, any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. If, for any reason, the Search or any portion thereof is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Search , The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Search or any part of the Search, and select the Toddler to play the lead role in the film from the entries received prior to the action taken or in other such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search Producers .
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search, its Producers, affiliates and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, its respective successors, assigns, agencies and licensees are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified, or for other problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic, whatever the cause. Only fully completed entry forms actually received by The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search Producers are eligible for Search entry. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search. The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search’s sole responsibility for any irregular entry is replacement with another entry in the Search. If a potential finalist entry is made by Internet, that potential finalist may be required to provide The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search with proof that the potential finalist selection is the authorized account holder and member of the registration information associated with the payment of a potential finalist entry.
GOVERNING LAW:
These rules shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any and all actions, proceedings and disputes between the parties, irrespective of place of execution or performance, shall be instituted and resolved in the Courts of the State of Florida, County of Alachua in the Country of the United States of America. Each party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of Florida, and if federal court is applicable, the Northern District of Florida.
DISQUALIFICATION:
The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search, its Producers, legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, agencies and its officers, directors, employees and agents, are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions or technical failure, lost online entries, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Search process, as solely determined by The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above reasons, The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search Producers reserve the right to terminate entrant's eligibility to participate in the Search.
INDEMNIFICATION:
You agree to release, indemnify and hold The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search Producers , its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective members, officers, directors, employees, agents, co-branders and/or other partners, harmless from and against any and all claims, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees, costs and settlement costs), damages, suits, costs, demands and/or judgments whatsoever, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (a) your use of the Social Community Members Website, Promotions and/or polls, blogs or other; (b) your breach of this Agreement; and/or (c) your violation of any rights of another individual and/or entity. The provisions of this paragraph are for the benefit of The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search Producers, its parent, subsidiaries and/or affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, licensors, suppliers and/or attorneys. Each of these individuals and entities shall have the right to assert and enforce these provisions directly against you on its own behalf.
LEGAL WARNING:
Any attempt by any individual, whether or not an entrant, to damage, destroy, tamper with or vandalize the The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search and/or its Social Community Website, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Search, is a violation of criminal and civil law and The T2 Toddler WebTV Reality Search Producers will diligently pursue any and all remedies in this regard against any offending individual or entity to the fullest extent permissible by law and in equity.
